Beyond Money with Gino Barbaro

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you when you interact with Beyond Money with Gino Barbaro.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Beyond Money with Gino Barbaro is operated by Gino Barbaro ("Beyond Money," "we," "us," or "our"). We are responsible for the personal information we use for the purposes described in this policy.

This policy covers www.ginobarbaro.com, our newsletter and email communications, masterclass registrations, quizzes and assessments, appointment requests, and related Facebook and Instagram lead forms. It also covers information processed through our Meta application, Beyond Money Lead Manager (App ID 1134566222472636), and the supporting lead-management service at tools.barbaro360.com.

This policy does not govern other businesses' websites or the information platforms collect for their own purposes. Their privacy notices apply to those activities.

Authorized administrator informationAccount and connection information, Page permissions, access credentials or tokens, and security and activity records needed to operate our integrations. These are used to administer the service.

Some information comes directly from you. Other information comes from Meta when you submit a lead form, from the services used to deliver our website and communications, or from the results of an assessment you complete. Please do not submit financial account credentials, government identification numbers, or sensitive health information through general signup or quiz fields.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms

When you submit one of our Meta lead forms, Meta provides the information you submit to us. Beyond Money Lead Manager retrieves that lead and routes the configured information to our newsletter and follow-up system in Beehiiv. We use it to respond to your request, deliver the resource or masterclass, and send follow-up communications consistent with the choices and disclosures presented when you signed up.

The integration also maintains processing records to prevent duplicate imports, troubleshoot errors, and track delivery into the intended follow-up sequence. Submitting a lead form does not give us access to your private Facebook messages or your account password.

3. How and why we use information

  • Provide the newsletter, masterclass, assessment results, resources, appointments, and other services you request.
  • Send relevant follow-up emails and marketing communications where permitted, and honor your subscription choices.
  • Use assessment answers and results to deliver your profile and tailor related content.
  • Respond to questions, support requests, and privacy requests.
  • Understand how content, signup sources, and email sequences perform so we can improve them.
  • Maintain reliable integrations, prevent duplicate processing, detect abuse, and protect our systems.
  • Meet legal obligations, keep necessary business records, and establish or defend legal claims.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity: your consent where required; steps you request before entering a contract or performance of a contract; legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our services where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and compliance with legal obligations. Where processing depends on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Quiz scoring may automatically assign a profile or archetype and help select related content. These assessments are educational. They are not used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, or other decisions with similarly significant legal effects.

4. When we share information

Information is available to authorized team members and service providers as needed for the purposes described here. Services used in this experience include:

  • Beehiiv: website and newsletter services, subscriber records, email delivery, automations, and related measurement.
  • Meta: Facebook and Instagram lead ads, lead-form submissions, and the authorized connection used to retrieve them.
  • Cloudflare: infrastructure and custom integrations that support lead processing and assessments.
  • TidyCal and connected scheduling services: appointment booking and related notifications when you choose to book a call.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers; when reasonably necessary to comply with law or a valid legal process; to protect people, rights, or systems; or as part of a proposed or completed business transfer, subject to applicable protections. We may share information when you direct us or give permission to do so.

Providers may process some information under their own privacy terms, particularly when you visit their websites or use an account you hold with them. See the privacy notices for Beehiiv, Meta, Cloudflare, and TidyCal.

5. Cookies, email measurement, and advertising

Our website and service providers may use cookies, similar storage, and other technologies to operate pages, remember choices, protect services, and understand usage. Our emails may contain tracking pixels and links that indicate delivery, opens, or clicks. Privacy features in email software can affect the accuracy of those measurements.

Signup links may include campaign parameters that help identify where a registration originated. We also advertise on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, where the platform may collect information under its own privacy notice.

Meta Pixel. Our site uses a Meta Pixel configured through Beehiiv to measure website activity and the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram advertising. The pixel can disclose online identifiers, device and browser information, pages visited, and interactions to Meta. Meta may associate this information with its own account and advertising data and use it for measurement and personalized advertising under its policies.

Disclosures for personalized advertising may qualify as “sharing,” a “sale,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged for the information. You can request an opt-out of applicable advertising uses by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Beyond Money advertising opt-out.” Please identify the email address associated with your relationship with us, if applicable. You can make an opt-out request without creating an account.

Browser privacy signals. We do not currently provide a dedicated site-level Do Not Track setting. Browser privacy signals and tracking protections do not necessarily prevent every third-party service from collecting information. For help exercising an applicable opt-out right, including a question about Global Privacy Control, contact us at the email above. An email request to us does not change the settings in your browser or Meta account.

You can manage cookies through your browser and any consent controls presented by the site. Blocking cookies may affect some features. You can also use your email application's privacy controls and manage advertising preferences directly with the advertising platform. Browser controls do not necessarily stop all information collection or email measurement.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, considering our relationship with you, the information involved, legal requirements, security needs, and the time needed to resolve requests or disputes.

Subscriber records may be retained while you subscribe. Limited unsubscribe or suppression information may remain afterward to help honor your choice. Assessment, booking, correspondence, and lead-processing records may be retained as needed to provide the requested service, support follow-up, resolve problems, and prevent duplicate processing.

Different systems have different retention practices. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove copies in backups; those copies remain subject to protection and the relevant backup lifecycle. We may retain information required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal claims. Information that no longer identifies you may be retained for aggregate reporting.

7. Security and international processing

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information, including access restrictions and protections for integration credentials. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have privacy laws different from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the transfer must be subject to those safeguards. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your information.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Email choices. You can stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. Unsubscribing does not itself delete every record about you. We may still send communications necessary to respond to a request you make or to meet a legal obligation.

Access and other requests. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your information; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities, if applicable. You may also have a right to appeal a decision about a request and to complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, use the contact details below and explain what you would like us to do. Where permitted, an authorized agent may act for you, subject to appropriate proof of authority and identity verification. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We will respond within the deadlines required by applicable law. Rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions. If we cannot fulfill a request in whole or in part, we will explain the reason where required and tell you how to seek review or appeal if that right applies.

9. How to request deletion of your data

For Beyond Money subscribers, quiz participants, masterclass leads, and users of Beyond Money Lead Manager:
Email [email protected] with the subject “Beyond Money data deletion request.”
  1. Tell us the email address you used to sign up or complete the form. If you know it, include the resource, quiz, masterclass, or form you used and an approximate date. You do not need to know your Meta lead ID.
  2. Tell us whether you want to stop emails, delete your personal information, or both.
  3. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the records belong to you. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or government identification unless a secure and necessary verification method has been specifically arranged.
  4. After verification, we will process the request in relevant systems and direct service providers to take required action where appropriate. We will explain any information we must retain and the reason, subject to applicable law.

Authorized administrators can use the same contact method to request removal of an integration connection or administrator information. Disconnecting an application in Meta stops the relevant authorized access but does not automatically delete information previously received by us. Likewise, deleting information from our systems does not delete information Meta or another provider independently holds. Requests concerning their independent processing should be made directly to them.

Where necessary and permitted, we may keep a minimal suppression or request record to honor your preferences and document our response.

10. Children

Our content and services are intended for an adult audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. External links and embedded content

Our pages and emails may link to other websites or contain third-party content, such as videos or booking tools. Interacting with that content may allow the provider to collect information under its own policy. Review the provider's notice before submitting personal information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before making a material change.
